Warranty and returns policy
Warranty Period
Devices are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
We warrant the device against manufacturing defects. If a fault occurs within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or provide a replacement where appropriate.
If the fault is reported within 30 days of purchase, we will cover the cost of shipping both ways. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the device to our repair centre. Atom Lab will cover the cost of the repair service and return shipping back to the customer.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or liquid damage
- Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs
- Normal wear and tear (including batteries and accessories unless faulty at purchase)
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
How to Make a Claim
- Email us at care@atomlab.uk with full details of the fault, including your order number and any relevant photos.
- Please wait for confirmation from a member of our team before returning your item.
- Once your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions along with a returns form.
Repairs After the 12-Month Warranty
Once the 12-month warranty has expired, Atom Lab offers a paid repair service on all products.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping costs both to and from our repair centre.
How the process works:
- Email our customer support team at care@atomlab.uk with full details of the issue and your order information.
- Please wait for confirmation from a member of our team before returning your item.
- Once the device has been received at our repair centre, we will assess it and provide a detailed breakdown of the repair costs.
- Repairs will only proceed once you have approved the quoted costs.
Your Rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer laws.
